I reached out to several companies before choosing this one because of the strong reviews, their reputation as a local family-owned business, and their use of eco-friendly products. Initially I didn't receive a response, but after following up I heard back right away. The owner quoted me and told me that I needed to pay by Zelle or credit card (with an additional fee) in order to schedule. I love the ad, disguised as hold music, I am waterboarded by anytime I need to call. After the 3rd of 4th repeat, someone else got the business.

We just moved in and really needed our upholstered furniture cleaned. My son was having an allergy attack. Magic came out same day at 6:00pm to help me. The service man was so kind and professional. He did an amazing job. We will be using their services for cleaning and car detailing.

The work was great however I ordered the high-quality deep clean, which included a shampoo wash of the carpet. This did not happen, even though they assured me that their machine Would be available after being fixed. $530 seems too high but there’s nothing I can do about it now. My house is clean and that’s all that matters. The house that they cleaned is a house that I’m trying to sell. They were also very understanding because during the time they cleaned, I had multiple appointments.
