After accepting a bid over a week ago to clean our house they still have not scheduled a date to start cleaning. I left them several voice mails and emails but no response. So I ended up calling another service and got a date scheduled the same day I got a quote from them. Note regarding their response to my post : they never informed me that it would be difficult to schedule cleaning nor did they mention that the person who did the scheduling had an emergency.
