1st time using Spotless for our airbnb. They were on time & cleaned well, but they lied twice & cannot be trusted. Cleaner had 5 hrs to clean and still left the apt in a hurry, 2.5 hrs. He left the vacuum & broom in a bedroom next to a bed, hamper was left on top of a floor scale. Then the Cleaner left without following up or verifying that everything was correct. Another cleaning company once forgot to put out kitchen towels and a guest complained, but the cleaning company responded back and placed the towels, no problem. ... read more
Absolutely OUTSTANDING company. So accommodating to my tight schedule. Such EXCELLENT work, the house has never looked or smelled so good. Couple that with their fair prices and great communication - best experience I have had with a cleaning service. I will recommend them them to everyone I know.
Danielly And her team did a fantastic job at my Mom‘s house. The house had not been cleaned in a long time and her team was on time, very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.
