Well, well, well I am back again for another review here we go buckle up so they have the bay doors open like they’re going to wash people‘s cars but when I pull up, they have a sign blocking the entrance to the driving path where you pay and I roll down my window and ask the girl who doesn’t work there if they are open or closed the guy is sitting down with practically his pants down by his ankle so I’m guessing he was on his lunch break. Are you guys still open? It's closed every time I pull up for a wash but I'm still getting charged for my monthly wash plan.
Decided to come back for another review. Unfortunately it wasn't good. It says it's open but there is a sign blocking the entrance and there is nobody around to help or explain why it's not open when they should be waited 20 mins and nobody showed up sadly.
I have been going to Spotless Express Carwash for nearly 15 years. This used to be a really nice car wash until the new owners took over. Vacuum hoses missing, trash everywhere, signs all broken, car wash entrance gate is broken/missing. Cash machine broken and doesn’t except bills. While going through the car wash, vehicle gets stuck on roller. Spinning brush didn’t work for months before they fixed it. The car wash damaged my vehicle and the refused to pay for the repairs.
