Excellent customer service, Salvador is the man. I had a little issue and he took care of it right away.
First time going and was told to pay cash instead of using the machine that takes cards. I have a truck and was told the cash price is the same as paying with card, but the manager told the employees that for bigger vehicles they have pay cash in case the roller gets undone. I understand how that process can be difficult to repair especially on a busy day. I did verify with the employee if my tires will fit on the roller. this place sucks do not spend your money!
Not the best car wash. I think maybe they need to repair or update their system but I washed my car there yesterday, for the first and only time, and I noticed the brushes inside the car wash were not strong at all. Barley even moved. After driving out of the wash, I parked to finish drying it off and saw the back of my SUV still had suds all over the back.
