I used to have a membership for this place that used to be good. Now is a joke. I has been closed almost every time I tried washing my car. Cancelling the membership is a nightmare. I had to put a stop payment in my back in order for them to stop charging me after multiple tries to cancel. Today I went for a quick wash to my old truck and the attendant did a great job washing my truck with soap only to realize their soap machine wasn't working. Just reported to BBB for continuing to charge me after I cancelled months ago. I’ll also be filing in small claims for as much money as they’ll allow. Why would anyone want to use this place? It’s always broken. There’s always a sign out telling customers what’s broken, but still allowing cars to go through. There’s tons of other options out there. Use them. Don’t sacrifice your sanity by using this car wash. It’s a joke.
I will be canceling. They're hardly ever open, brushes dont work, and I'm still getting charged. It used to be my favorite, but AM PM does a hell of a job.
Well, well, well I am back again for another review here we go buckle up so they have the bay doors open like they’re going to wash people‘s cars but when I pull up, they have a sign blocking the entrance to the driving path where you pay and I roll down my window and ask the girl who doesn’t work there if they are open or closed the guy is sitting down with practically his pants down by his ankle so I’m guessing he was on his lunch break.
