I purchased a Groupon for cleaning one room. They came to my house to clean and them told me $156 to clean the room. I told them to cancel and then they had their boss call me. He then offered to clean the room for $100. I already paid for it with Groupon but agreed to pay with my credit card. They said they would be back in 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I call them back and he says he can't accept credit card and never came. I went to Groupon to get my refund and they denied my refund. Will not honor their Groupon prices.
I found your company on Groupon and attempted to use their service. The tech came out very quickly and before you know it- devaluing you Groupon and said I needed $500 worth of work. The tech with the straight face told me I had 2 main ducts in my house- (lie #1 - which of course is a charge). Then he said I had 10 feet of dryer vent (lie #2- which of course is an extra charge). Horrible customer service. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning and every time they schedule the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances they never show up. I’ve been cancelled over 3x in a row. Not reliable!
