I had no idea how bad our ductwork had gotten until the technicians showed me photos. Dust and lint were clogging the furnace and blower, which explained why our energy bill had been so high. They did a full cleaning, treated a bit of mildew inside one vent, and sanitized everything. The difference is amazing the airflow is stronger.

Our HVAC system was struggling to keep the house cool even though the thermostat was working. Nina discovered a thick layer of grime on the coils and in the blower motor. She performed full air duct cleaning and a detailed coil cleaning. After the service, the system kicked on with less noise and cooled the house quickly. Nina was fantastic very thorough and gave practical tips to maintain the system longer.!!
