Excellent San Rafael cleaners – This is a family run business, and they get to know their customers and do an effective job. They also do some tailoring. Nice people and quality results. I've been going there for years. Never lost a single item (that has happened to me at other cleaners). And work is completed as promised, on-time and with the desired results!
Damaged clothes : ( – Spotless cleaners ruined my favorite shirt and sweater. The sleeve on my shirt was shredded (no joke). My sweater had some type of liquid stain all over it (possibly from cleaning solution?). Anyways, I took my damaged clothes back to the cleaners. They did not offer to pay for the damages. Needless, to say I was very disappointed and will not be using Spotless Cleaners for my dry-cleaning any longer.
