Hands down the best car detailers in Houston. Consistently thorough and super detail oriented. The owner is always there and personally supervises all the work. They’ve also got a nice lounge that you can work in while your car is getting cleaned. You can tell they take pride in their work.
I have a black series AMG. There is not another fast hand wash and wax that even gets close. No scratches no swirls EVER. -dameon
Loved this place up until they damaged the leather inside my car. The middle compartment got ripped from the inside after they used the vacuum, and instead of taking accountability, the experience just got worse. On top of that, I was charged twice — once for the Luxury package ($35) and again for the Luxury + Hand Wash package ($65). It made no sense to pay for both when the $65 package already includes the basic wash services. Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be coming back.
Incredible job with my X3 that badly needed a wash. Faris made great recommendations on what was needed but did not try to oversell anything unnecessary. Waiting room was very clean and inviting, smelled fresh. And we also got to go grab brunch from the little cafe across the street. We are moving 20 minutes away from here but already know we will drive back here to get our cars cleaned!
Spotless Car Wash exceeded expectations from start to finish. The service was outstanding from the front end of the operation all the way through completion. The customer lounge area was extremely comfortable, with complimentary coffee and free Wi-Fi, which made the wait very relaxing and convenient. What really stood out was their attention to detail.
