We have contacted Rui because our alarm guy was not reliable ,he was supposed to take care of our alarm and CCTV system. He was alright at the begining but as time passed he became very unreliable and he was taking forever to come and sort issues out. We had 2 faulty cameras that he came to have a look at but never had the parts to fix ,we ended up fixing our self. I would highly recommend Spotech. Rui is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Installation is always neat and tidy and he makes sure everything is done properly before signing-off on the job. He provides great after care and is always prompt at responding to phone calls and messages.

Overpriced and poor quality work. Mislabelled the fuses in our new fuse box and wired our cellar light to the upstairs lighting circuit. Two LED lights in garden office have now failed completely after flickering intermittently for several months. Either poor wiring or substandard parts. Has refused to supply completion certificate for his work after being repeatedly reminded about it. Very slow to respond once he had been paid after demanding rapid payment.
