Awful office, AVOID!! There is absolutely no organization with the front desk/scheduling. Half the time they don’t have us in for appointments they made. They call us confirming appointments we never made. They have to cancel appointments 1/2 the time as well. Whoever is running the office has no idea what they’re doing. If you want to avoid a headache, go somewhere else. You’d be doing your child a good service.

My daughter got evaluated on Feb 28, 2025, it is now April 11, 2025 and I still have not heard a thing. The director Maria said I should hear back within 2-3 weeks. I heard nothing and called back 3 times since then. I’ve been given the SAME excuse that the director and therapist are reviewing notes. The last time I called was on April 7th and they said someone will definitely call me the next day. I gave them 2 numbers I could be reached at. I’m still waiting. All in1 Spot with Theratalk has been amazing for my daughter’s speech journey. Her therapist, Brittany, is fantastic — kind, skilled, and so supportive. But one of the best parts of coming here is Kathy at the front desk. She is truly the heart of this place. Always warm, patient, and so gracious when I need to reschedule — Kathy makes every interaction feel easy and kind. She’s a rare gem, and I hope everyone at All in One Spot knows how special she is. We’re so thankful!

We love the all- from the owner, to the office manager Kathy and the therapist.My daughter is happy going there and we certainly have seen improvement.
