I needed a less of end of lease clean to my house before the sale as it was a deceased estate due to my partner passing. Not only did she not clean anything, she removed and damaged all my fly screens, didn't clean the bathroom which was my main concern, she carpet cleaned one room and the carpets were wet for days. I was completely conned by this owner - Heather Colvin. I paid $850 for an end of lease clean on a 2br unit on Addison St in Shellharbour. She failed to even complete one of the usual services included in an end of lease bond clean. After her ‘services’ were carried out, our property manager advised us that it looked as though the place hadn’t been touched by a cleaner and still required a full end of lease clean, costing me an additional $750 (inc carpet clean as she left wet patches all over the carpet!!)
