Small lobby with what seems to be overbooked times. Some of the staff is nice others not so much. After a year of speech my son is not any better than when he started.
Love the staff at SPOT On! Thankful for this option of pediatric therapies in New Bern and Havelock.
Spot on Therapy is AMAZING! My daughter has worked with them on and off for 7 years and she has made great progress and met so many goals. She even improved her balance enough that she learned how to ride a bike with her PT, which was an incredible boost to her confidence!! If you are looking for a safe place for therapy for your kids with people who will lovingly push them toward their goals, look no further - this is it!!
Professional and courteous staff. My daughter has made tremendous improvements. Office is clean and quiet. There's even a gentle therapy dog that everyone adores who helped my little one conquer her fear of big dogs. 😊
