Was on the waiting list for about 5-6 months and then someone called me to say that my insurance requires authorization for speech therapy and they didn’t have anyone on staff “willing to jump through the hoops to get the authorization.” (Yes, exact words) Very unprofessional. Don’t say that you take Blue Cross if you have lazy staff that don’t want to work with them. Spot On Therapy has been such a blessing for my kids! Both of my babies have been going to Spot On in Havelock since 2021 and it’s been such an amazing experience. The therapist there care wholeheartedly about your children. The growth I’ve seen in both my kids since receiving therapy, has shown me how hard all the therapist work at making sure your children meet their goals! My grandson had made excellent progress with them. I used to love this center but whoever is now in charge of their scheduling is failing. Currently looking for another therapy facility...

Awesome! SPOT On therapy has been helping my daughter and grandchildren for years. We have been through several therapy agencies and none compare to SPOT On. Our daughter has speech and OT. She was non-verbal when she started but now is talking. She is also far more independent than she was. I highly recommend SPOT On!! Thank you so much for all you have done and God bless!
