Super disappointed with their service, went in for a private quote and was told it was a waste of their time and they refused to give me one.
The lady’s at the counter are great . But when my husbands van was there it was raided & so much stuff stolen out of it by staff. Absolutely disgusting that you’d help yourself to a deceased persons belongings. Anything that wasn’t broken or damaged & worth something was stolen out of the van. I was given a bullshit story that first responders must’ve bagged everything up n taken it. They don’t do that ,How disgraceful .
