We purchased a new sectional several years ago, around the pandemic timeframe, from Mayc's. Its a very large, beautiful gray sectional with detachable pillows for the back rest, a chase, and a ottoman. We heard about Spot On Carpet Cleaners through a mutual friend. We chose to get our carpets cleaned right after buying it and there was no smell. After Ryder cleaned them, the house smelt TERRIBLE. Urine smell throughout our entire second floor. He made some excuses about that being brought to the surface with the deep clean and said he’d come spray with some product to help alleviate it. It made it smell even worse! Like urine and wet dog!
