Jesse cleaned seven rugs for us, and his work was outstanding. He came to our home and shared his deep knowledge about carpet cleaning. He carefully examined each rug and described his cleaning methods. He also suggested special rug pads that help protect our rugs as well as our floors. I wasn't in a rush to have my carpets cleaned, but even so, the wait was only a few days. We have two large dogs that constantly run in and out, tracking dirt and shedding heavily.
