This was my first time using Spot Free Carpet Cleaning and I was very happy with the service! I scheduled an appointment and got an email confirmation. On the day of the cleaning, Colby let me know about a slight delay and gave me a new arrival time. When Colby arrived, he was professional and polite. We walked through my parents’ house together so I could point out which carpeted areas needed cleaning. The service was excellent, the carpets looked great, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them. Great job!
We highly recommend Spot Free Carpet Cleaning for anyone needing their carpets cleaned or stains removed. Colby, Jaden, and Bennett did a fantastic job both times they came to our home in San Marcos. They were very detailed with their carpet cleaning and always communicated quickly. There was a stubborn stain in our bedroom carpet, but they worked hard until it was completely gone. Spot Free Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job getting my carpets fresh and spotless in San Marcos. Colby worked quickly and had the whole place looking great in less than an hour, even though my carpets were really dirty. I’m very happy with how clean everything looks and would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning and more. They really go above and beyond just cleaning carpets!
I had my carpets cleaned and the service was fantastic! The price was very reasonable and they scheduled my appointment the same day I called. I really appreciated the courtesy call before they arrived, and they showed up right on time. Bennett and Colby were very professional, dedicated, and made sure my carpets looked spotless. We had our carpets and dryer vent cleaned in San Marcos. The technician, Jaden, called to confirm and let us know he was on the way, arriving a little earlier than scheduled. He was very polite and professional. After answering my questions, Jaden got straight to work and finished the carpet cleaning quickly, without disrupting my morning while I worked from my home office.
