I had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning service. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. When I reached out, Jaden came out right away to assess a big latex primer spill I had in my stairwell. He worked on it that day and returned the next with a stronger cleaner. I realized I had let the spill sit for too long, which made it tough to fix, but Jaden did everything he could to help. I truly believe that if I had called sooner, he would have resolved the issue. We had a fantastic experience with Spot Free Carpet Cleaning. We purchased a used sectional that we thought just needed a little freshening up, but we were surprised by how much better it looked after the cleaning. Jaden is FANTASTIC! When we moved in, my carpets needed some serious help. The previous owners had dogs and didn't keep things clean, plus I have two huskies, one chiweenie, two cats, and three little kids—definitely a busy household! I am really pleased with this carpet cleaning service. My carpet was in a really bad condition and i was attempting to vacuum the space just as the cleaner was due to show up. jaden turned up early but didn't rush me to finish my vacuuming. instead, jaden used his more powerful vacuum to lend me a hand! jaden then proceeded to effectively clean my carpets, and then charged me less than the initial quote given over the phone (he mentioned they quote a bit more just to play safe).
