First time using Spot Check Carpet Cleaning and I was very impressed! The employees explained the process from start to finish. The carpet looks and smells amazing! They were able to remove stains that other services have not been able to get out! I will definitely be using them to clean my tiles. Very professional team and I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Received a phone call at 9:10 stating cleaning guy would be here at 11am. 11 am came and went. I called to ask where cleaning guy was and I was told thirty more minutes. That time came and went. 2:00pm rolls around cleaning guy shows up. No mask to clean my house. I am 8 months pregnant and cant be around anyone without precautions before entering hospital to give birth. Therefore I asked the gentleman if he could wear a mask. He said he would go find one.
