I've been trying to get a hold of Alex for several days now. Spoke to Tim, spoke to Roger...they wouldn't provide me with Alex's phone number to directly contact him, myself, but did take my phone number down to give to Alex- twice. I have specific questions to ask about a job that we aren't being given information on, and nobody else can answer those questions other than Alex. It's been nearly 96 hours and nothing from Alex. 90% of business is communication, and I feel as though they lack this fundamental trait.

Rashad was great! Got out of stubborn carpet stain that we couldn’t clear up ourselves. Easy to schedule and they were also very understanding when we had to reschedule

I am a Community Director at Bridge at Canyon Creek and needed a new carpet cleaning company. I’ve been using Spot Be Gone for about 6 months. They are very professional, and have saved me a more than a few times on some last minute projects. I have gotten to know Rashaad, one of their employees and I have to say that he always has a great attitude, always gives us a report after any job he does, he will come out just to look at the carpet to let us know if the carpet can be saved.
