Some critters chewed through my wires, and I needed a coolant change, so I had them both done while the car was in the shop. They were great, and the car runs as well, if not even better after they fixed the wiring.
Took my truck in to get oil change. And they did that. Went to pick it up and was told my top radiator hose and cap were bad. Took my truck home and checked them nothing wrong with eather.
I love Robyn and spot. They are always there for me and do such a good job 🫶🏻
Took in my truck with big promises that they can fix it. $1500.00 later and 2&1/2 months later I was asked to pick it up. It was un fixable. Yet another mechanic by Payne Siding rd. Had fixed it for $1100.00 & only 4 days. Spot auto bad, rude, not good. Take your car elsewhere....
I had an oil change and tire rotation around Feb 27. I was also told I needed a new cabin filter, but the shop couldn't get one that day, so I went to AutoZone and bought one. Replacing this filter involves popping the hood, removing the shroud, and switching the filter. I previously bought such a filter at AutoZone, where a kind employee changed it for me, took about 10 minutes while I watched. Spot Automotive quoted me today $120 for the favor. Time to find a new mechanic!
