Great gym with a solid mix of equipment and a clean, well-maintained space.
The best gym everrr! It’s so nicely laid out and super clean. It’s a very welcoming environment, everyone is super friendly, and there’s all the equipment you need to have a great workout! My favourite place to be!
Great gym, big, open space, and I love the focus on functional workouts that the variety of equipment encourages. Keyless entry allows for flexible hours which is so great! Also a large array of membership options, not many gyms you can get a single day pass for like at Spot. Great for when friends are in town :) Would definitely recommend.
My favourite gym everrrr! Has all the equipment I need for my workouts and is always super clean! I love that I can get into the gym with an app on my phone and its always super easy to renew my membership. Shae and Owen are always so helpful, and I love that if I want a new workout plan or want to change up my training I can book a training session at the gym with Owen! 10/10, recommend this gym to everyone!
Spot 97 has everything you need for a great workout. I have had memberships to “chain” gyms in the past and found them to be overwhelming with people and equipment. While this may appeal to some people, I have always found that it makes me rush through my workout and I don’t have the focus I should. Spot 97 is just the opposite, it has a welcoming vibe from start to finish.
