Fantastic experience at Sposa! I purchased my dream wedding gown from Sposa, and had a fabulous experience with consultant Edie. Her expertise and patience were greatly appreciated, and she even provided helpful tips for managing my gown during the first dance! Sposa accommodated my first try-on as a walk-in with my family, and subsequent try-on appointments with my small group. Alterations were done exactly to my liking, with thorough attention to detail. Thank you to Edie and the Sposa team, I would highly recommend!
I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart out of the love and appreciation I have for Edie at Sposa Wedding World and the incredible experience she provided. As a bride, I had a very disappointing experience at this bridal shop. During my visit, everything seemed fine at first, but as we were leaving, the staff member (Fanny) assumed that we had taken a crown without verifying with their own team. We were followed all the way to our car, only for them to later realize the item was actually with one of their staff members. Edie made the experience perfect, she was hilarious, honest, a no BS type of lady who makes you feel at ease from start to finish. Accommodating and a beautiful selection of dresses, great range of prices for all budgets and same goes for their sister shop next door.
Edie is AMAZING. She was able to accommodate me without an appointment, and she was so fun and helpful. It was my first day trying on wedding dresses and she made the process so meaningful for both my mom and I. Thank you Edie!!
