So I previously went to another place and had a dress ordered and tailored to what I thought would be to my liking. After taking my bridal photos I realized it was not anything like what I wanted and I was desperate to find another. With only 2 days left until my wedding, I thought this would be near impossible, but I came here and got incredible customer service from Cindy & a dress that I’m sure I will love. Honestly I wish I had only bought my dress here and had it altered somewhere else. I left today in tears feeling like my dress was ruined, and I’m just a few weeks from the wedding. If they weren’t able to do the things I asked, it would have been ok to just say so, instead of taking so much time to have it not look good at all. Everyone there is really nice, and they have beautiful dresses. At the end of the day though, almost $500 for alterations that just made me feel hopeless about how I’m going to look on my wedding day... read more

I had the best experience at Sposa Bella & the ladies were very accommodating. Sabrina was the one who helped me find my beautiful dress & she just knew what I was looking for. Cindy was also great with tips and was very helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience in finding my dream dress. ☺️
