Service hautain, condescendant et indigne. Ma femme a perdu beaucoup de temps, car ils n’ont pas inscrit la bonne heure de rendez-vous, n’ont pas fait les bons ajustements et en plus, ils ont osé faire des rajouts non demandés à la robe. Sérieusement mesdemoiselles, ne perdez pas votre temps et surtout votre argent là-bas !
Got my wedding dress here. While they are not the best for customer service (can seem rather abrupt at times) i got a wonderful dress here. Order came in 4 months later, right size. Right price. No issues with pick up. Alterations are not included, but c'est la vie.
My daughter and I visited this store while visiting Montreal this year. I am here to warn you – STAY AWAY! We were looking for a prom dress for my daughter’s high school graduation. My daughter found one that she liked (it was bridesmaid dress) – then the very high pressure sales tactics started. The sales lady spoke in hushed whispered tone, offering us a “deal”, to not add the tax, if we were to purchase the dress now.
