I've shopped at the Sporty Runner before and was always very impressed with their knowledge and friendly service. With the recent coronavirus and social distancing, I didn't feel comfortable going into the store. I called and asked them to ship some me some Brooks shoes. They readily agreed and two days later, I got my new shoes. They're perfect. Thank you!
Due to the Coronavirus, I called ahead to ask about a New Balance 860 shoe in my size, they had, & I was able to go by, try it on from a safe distance, & pay quickly and safely. Thank you Sporty Runner.
I am not a “runner” - just run a bit for exercise. The employees still spent a good deal of time helping me get the perfect fit for a new pair of shoes. They explained how to get a good fit, were patient, and really listened. It may be more expensive than ordering online, but well worth it!!!!
Amazing customer service, knowledgeable in finding the perfect fit. They did not push the most expensive shoe in the store on you either like some places would do. The Sporty Runner gained a new long term customer in me!
