Super sweet, and always very polite and they respond very quickly to messages. I have always ordered over the phone because I do not live in Jupiter FL. But next time I’m down that way I am going to make a point to stop in and shop!! I have loved all my Lilly Pulitzer Yeti Cups. And I loved my surprise Lilly necklace!! �� Great Customer Service!!!!
