The quality of the product is great. My BEEF! They are not easy to work with when it comes to adjustments. It was weird working with this company. I added some intel to my order. I wanted my name on the hoodie. They said they couldn't find where I asked for my name to be added to theorder. I can't see on the receipt where I asked for it to be added to the Hoodie. It’s been two weeks , no tracking
They do not honor their shipping policy on the website. If you don’t care when your order arrives then order from them. I ordered nearly two weeks ago and still no tracking number. Customer service is terrible.
A++ 10/10! They worked with me on correcting my order after I made a mistake and it was already in Production! Thanks again for working with me on this!
