So far service sucks - a guy named Greg canceled my order - I texted and asked that my order be followed - and 2 days later - I receive no reply - BAD SERVICE !!!
I ordered a hat that has my son's high school name on it on Friday morning September the 5th 2025. After the transaction was completed I've never received an email with a receipt for my transaction. I've never received an email that stated I have done any business with this vendor at all. I have reached out using the Messaging app on their website which is a chat bot. I have placed an order about three weeks ago and I have yet to hear from this company. I have been emailing them and I get no reply if anyone can direct me to a telephone number where I can speak to someone I’d greatly appreciate it.
Prep Sportswear is the best for quality and service. They helped solve a problem that I had with an incorrect mascot on shirts for OCC in Farmington Hills, MI. They corrected the new mascot on the apparel that I had ordered and they resent the entire order to me very quickly with no extra charge. I’m thrilled that they did this so efficiently for me!!! Thank You!!!
