I purchased a team shirt from Prep Sports early today. When I checked my invoice, I noticed they didn't have the name & number on the back of the shirt. That I wanted. I know I wrote this information when I was placing the order. When I contacted Prep Sportswear, Adrianna was the customer service representative to not take care of me. I asked if I should cancel the order or add the name & number and pay any additional charges they have. I ordered a medium jacket with my sons name and number on the back. I relieved the order and the jacket was small and they didn't add my sons name or number to it. I've reached out and got a hold of a gal named Stephanie and she was no help saying i did not add that when i know i did. She won't give s refund or anything to help with their wing doings.i an very disappointed and wont shop he again and that is sad with my kids in sports.
10/16/2025: received the order after 23 days. No personalization as ordered and the t-shirts are inconsistent in their coloring and not the school colors. According to the company, they "hand dye and sew" every order, the reason for the delay, but the t-shirts were bulk FanThread or Jerzee t-shirts they slapped a graphic on, and couldn't even do that right. I should have read the reviews before placing an order with this company. I placed order this morning and realized one of the items were not added to cart when I checked out. I then contacted Prep Sportswear to add and have gotten nowhere ! Of course they took the money out of my account immediately. I have emailed, did the chat option to no avail! This is horrible customer service, literally horrible
The WORST!!!!! Still waiting for order number Order No. 6288548. Tried contacting them....nothing. They clearly don't want CUSTOMERS contacting them...even after spending over $300 on apparel. If zero stars was a thing...these guys would earn it. So where is it guys?? Oh and...AMEX is charging the payment back as it's really simple...give shit customer service and don't send or communicate with the customer....no money.
