Ive purchased hundred is not thousands of dollars form Sports stop over the past several years. It was my "Go to" When I needed something in a pinch or for that special lacrosse gift. The exchange policy blows. My most recent purchase was for UA Rib Guards - A 50 dollar purchase for which I paid 11 dollars to ship them. When they arrived they were a touch too big. They sold me a Shock Doctor product they claimed was a size large when in fact it was a size medium. Refused to give me a full refund. I am upset because I could have bought this product anywhere for at least $10 less, and I already had a size medium which is too small!!!
They have terrible terrible customer service... my 13 year old son ordered 250 dollars worth of equipment from them which never arrived... they will not refund or send out new items... I am appalled by their customer service - stay away from this terrible online service

I’ve made several purchases from here and have been pleased every time. Always fast shipping and decent pricing. In fact I placed an order today at 3:02 pm and got an email at 3:24 pm saying my order has been fulfilled! Thank you guys for always being easy to work with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game.
