Amazing guy and amazing therapistĀ
An excellent service and I highly recommend Jason at Happyfit. He has given me some great advice to help with my marathon training and has gone above and beyond with some great information. His friendly nature and wealth of knowledge made me feel at ease. Not to mention how much better my legs felt after an hour massage! Iāve booked in my next appointment already :) Top service all round!Ā
I went to Jason for a sports massage to relax my tense shoulders and upper back. He was very helpful not only with the massage, but also with advice on how to strenghten and stretch that section to relieve tension due to stress and sitting at a desk all day. I felt very comfortable and cared for.Ā
Jason is a really nice and friendly person, during the sport massage he explained me what he was going to do and explain what the problem could be. He set a really friendly environment and let me feel comfortable straight away. Iāll definitely go backĀ
