I was recommended SportsPlus, specifically Bridget the exercise physiologist, to help me with some issues. They've been great, very friendly and professional with a real interest in listening. Bridget designed a great program for me and had been terrific in teaching me what to do in our in person sessions. I've seen a few exercise physiologists, but Bridget is the best I've ever worked with, knowledge, she keeps up to date with studies and genuinely lovely. My kids is experiencing overuse injuries from soccer and athletics. They took our individual circumstances into account and have come up with a great plan. I've been looking everywhere for tailored kids programs. Glad I found this place.
