I had my daughter’s Birthday party at Sportsplex and it was AWESOME! Great customer service. The party package was affordable and realistic. Jackie and her team were AMAZING! Jackie walked me through everything from beginning to end. She listened, guided and turned my vision into reality. My daughter had a great time with her friends. All I had to do was show up and everything was taken care of. The staff were helpful, caring, and polite. The facility was very clean. Newer to this area, I stopped in to do their free pass, and the lady at the front desk said I wasn’t approved so it would be $25. I asked if I could apply right there since it’s 5 am, and she said it’s $25 since she doesn’t do the approving. I personally have never had a gym, [especially if I was trying to recruit members] be unhelpful/non cooperative. The “I can’t sorry” attitude, which is what I feel like is the opposite of what a gym would represent. Leaves a bad taste for me, I think I’ll just go to Gold’s. Better custom... read more

Sportsplex in New Windsors Preschool Program is like one of those hidden gems!!! You only hear about it from word of mouth, and I am absolutely thankful I was referred! My son had a great experience learned a lot, made friends, had lots of fun and wishes he can go back but unfortunately now it's time for him to face the real world and take on the next big chapter in his life as a Kindergartener. Ridiculous rules, can’t bring in your own life vest even for a child, couldn’t use kiddie pool bc there wasn’t enough life guards meanwhile which the kids had already started playing in. The two that were on duty well one was on her phone the entire time and the other was DJ”ing and they had to be about 15. The best was the main guy guess he was the boss in the stupid hat telling families their children weren’t allowed on the stairs, ummm so how were they supposed to get in and out of the pool?
