I l8ve this gym. I come to Shreveport at least once a quarter, and I always look forward to working out here. There is plenty of equipment and great people.

Best gym in Bossier. Real gym, real weights, nice community. It's got an old school feeling that makes it stand out from the rest. Staff is super friendly. Low price compared to most gyms.
These high reviews I take it were from when the gym first opened… because now it’s a bit of a hot mess. We love a muscle gym but the gyms upkeep isn’t there. Dated and torn equipment, broken cardio machines, the women’s bathrooms are hardly clean or functional; several times have we gone into the bathroom and the toilets were stuffed with toilet paper and unkept. Then there is a crazy decline fee 19.50 that wasn’t mentioned at the time of signing nor in the contract, but they have an option for you to pay in cash…which a fee... read more
