Excellent personalised service. Toby took the time to listen to my problem and helped me understand why it was happening, how to manage it myself and prevent it in the future.
Keeps muscle aches away. Tony has done amazing work on my posture, flexibility and gym program.
Toby looks at all the possible factors that could be associated with the problem/injury in order to provide the best treatment possible. He is very passionate about his job. High recommend!
Went to see Toby to help with my triathlon & swimming, as i always had shoulder pain. We did a mobility screening and found i was super tight and had terrible range for a swimmer. So thanks to the stretches provided and the great treatment I'm now pain free and swimming better than ever! Thanks dude
