I ordered Fox Shocks for my Sportsmobile E350 van August 18th. My credit card was charged $540 the day of my order. 3 months later no shocks. Only one way communication On the order when I call. I requested a refund In October. Was sent an email reporting the refund to my credit card, however no refund has been posted to my American Express card in 7 days.
