My experience here was nightmare! I have a bulging disc, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. It wasn't bad at all. If I had pain it would be at a 1 or 2. Maybe 3 sometimes. My neurologist recommended that I go to physical therapy. I walked in there feeling perfectly fine. Then the girl put her hands on me. Walking out to my car, my right leg started to bother me.
