Bass pro has no comparison to sportmens. There gun process is way faster versus bsp which takes two hours. Sportmens has good products and are way more helpful too.

The gun and ammunition departments we very busy. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. This is a big boy toy stors for sure.
I've purchased several guns from the Rocklin store. Twice they had to order or transfer to get me exactly what I was looking for. They've always been easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are great as well. Good job!

I was in the market for a new shotgun. I called and spoke with Heather who was very helpful and nice. She set aside a shotgun I was interested in for me to look at when I was able to come in a few days later. Three days go by and I stop in and Bill helps me at the gun counter. Shows me the shotgun and we both decide this is not the gun for me. He was patient and helpful while I worked my way through several brands. Went in here to look at some guns. The guy at the counter was rude and not friendly. Horrible customer service. I would never buy anything here just from the experience I just had. Guy was very short dark hair.
