Came here to have my bow tuned. A certain employee at the shop( who can only cut arrows)told me he’d go get someone to help me since he didn’t now anything about archery. Waited over 30mins for that employee to come back with help. Well he never returned. Instead he went back behind the gun counter. My advise, take your bow somewhere else. I will never go back there to have any work done or anything else for that matter.
Terrible customer service. Can’t get a hold of anybody by phone at won’t answer emails. Cancelled my order and won’t refund my credit card.
I ordered my gun online and it is now a day past the delivery date, I called to check on my order and the staff REFUSES to even check the order. They do absolutely nothing to help you, all I asked was to check my order number, and the employee told me no, unbelievable customer service, what company declines to check your order.
The gun line is taking forever, the outside line people should be warned about the inside line as well. sportsmans should have seperate lines for online order pickup and walkin business during this time.

purchased a gun online from them called about ammo and was told ammo would be available for those that purchase a gun. when i arrived to pick up my gun they did not have ammo. the gentleman who helped told me to call back and have them hold 2 boxes. called back and was told they do not hold ammo and to come in when they open. i told them i have to work and cannot make it when they open. was just told ok they will hold it they have to go never got my name or information and eventually was just hung up on. i understand ammo is... read more
Just took a GPS class at the Mesa Sportsman’s Warehouse. Awesome class! I learned a ton. Would much rather shop at SW and get the personal attention from people who know their stuff, than to shop at the two big box hunting/outdoor retailers, and wonder thru two acres of retail space and never have a single soul ask if you need help.
