I had the best experience with Dick the bow tech at the Happy Valley location. He setup a bow for me to test out and even gave me a lesson on posture and grip. I feel like I’m a lot better archer after talking and practicing with him. I will definitely be going going back to see him and buy the bow I have had my eyes on 🙂

The store itself and most of the employees are wonderful however they have some rude and disrespectful people working for them. If it wasn’t the only one in town I’d never go there again. Never have I seen someone be so disrespectful.
It's not about the product, prices or service on the floor. but if you return something and you paid cash via your debit card, you won't get your money back anytime soon. First they blamed my bank, 2 days later they said 'well this could take 7 business days'.. I'll have to email Corp in Utah to find out. What!?..Then it was Covid's fault as to why it was taking so long. Batch jobs run nightly. I know I had a business. They get your money immediately and a credit charge the next day. Refunds on credit cards 1-2 days. But act... read more
