I ordered online for pick - up same day the item was in stock, I went to pick it up they said if you didn't get an email it's not ready, this was 20 minutes before they closed I needed the item for an event the next morning, I told them I needed the item I can see you have one on the shelf I just wanted to get it and go but the clerk did not how to make that happen and was nice but just said they could not do that, I started asking questions like why not? can you just return it and sell me this one and a manager came over s... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. purchased several items online and receive them. Have a problem with one of them. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. Take the money and run. Provide no support or backup for your products. Speaks volumes about the company.
