Horrible customer service, tried to order a 3000.00 rifle, they want me to pay and said then they will order it? Yet their website shows it in store, then when they can't get item they have your money and you fight to get it back. Called customer service and there was A 9 HOUR WAIT TIME, it thought it was a joke, so i called back, now 9 and half hour wait time. RecommendedAll your shooting & hunting needs at reasonable prices. Terrific altetnative to Walmart & their new gun/ammo policies. Thank you Walmart!

RecommendedHunting Manager Will great guy
RecommendedOur local store is fantastic. I had a few issues with an order I placed with SW corporate customer service but once they finally got me over to Will at the Southaven store, everything was perfect. This is by far the best outdoor store in the area.
Bass Pro is better, but SW is closer for basic things and the staff can be helpful.
