Horrible customer service, tried to order a 3000.00 rifle, they want me to pay and said then they will order it? Yet their website shows it in store, then when they can't get item they have your money and you fight to get it back. Called customer service and there was A 9 HOUR WAIT TIME, it thought it was a joke, so i called back, now 9 and half hour wait time. This place is steadily declining. Manager I spoke with is Arrogant and was more defensive than helpful. My brother had his bow worked on here and it was done terribly by an inexperienced bow tech (which the manager said himself) and had to take it else where. I called and asked if he could be taken care of and of course they told us to come back in and it would be made right. I went back in only for there to be no one at the bow counter . Hunting Manager Will great guy
Our local store is fantastic. I had a few issues with an order I placed with SW corporate customer service but once they finally got me over to Will at the Southaven store, everything was perfect. This is by far the best outdoor store in the area.
Bass Pro is better, but SW is closer for basic things and the staff can be helpful.
