Prices and selection are very often better than other box stores
Attempted to get service at the archery counter after purchasing a bow from another vendor due to a mechanical problem. I was chastised and talked to like a child by the service person for not checking my screws. Customer service is about helping and educating your customer not attempting to belittle them.
