Two weeks so far trying to straighten out an order. Supposed to ship, they keep sending me pick up notifications. Won’t answer email, won’t refund. Clowns.
RecommendedMy boyfriend and I went looking for some fishing stuff and received help from two great people working on the floor. The line was very long to check out and there was only one cashier but that may because of Covid. Nice place with great selection.
This is hands do the worst experience I have ever had! Over a month waiting for my order to arrive and once it does they don’t have my order and gave it to some one worse have me call a number that never answer. Horrible customer service and ability to even remotely resolve a customers issue.
I like sportsman’s however their manager ( Craig) was very unprofessional with an elderly customer one day and made a huge scene. This alone was a huge turn off.
Very poor customer service! Racist and condescending staff! I'll never go back!
Horrible experience. Just because a woman is standing at the gun counter does not mean she is with the men standing there and they shouldn't be helped first. May I suggest a take a number machine.The website is highly inaccurate, and getting a refund on an ordered item was a nightmare. The item wasn't in stock, even though the website said it was when I ordered it, and no one could tell me how long it would be till I could get it when I went in to pick it up.
