The people are always friendly, and usually knowledgeable. Prices are competitive as well.
I think staff did a great job on my visit the other day
The Archery manager was awesome! I’m new to the sport and he helped me get my bow all set up correctly that I had purchased elsewhere. He helped me so much! He even stayed after the store was closed to make sure I was all set. We bought arrows and a case for a great price! All the staff were very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back to see him!
Customer service is lacing IMMENSLY! I have shipped there religiously for years and was treated her poorly the past few times I was in there. Today I was there looking for a hunting blind and walked right by 3 associates, one being a lead from the hunting dept and not one of them asked if I needed help and when I did turn around and ask non of them acknowledged me until I spoke and the lead pawned me off onto one of the other associates! Rick anacker (archery lead)is amazing he spent over an hour with me in the archery shooting range teaching me the right posture and how to properly shoot my bow. I got my bow at the Boise location but they didn't show me proper posture or much of anything. I plan on coming back for more help from him. I can tell I was learning the proper way because he said my shoulders might be sore the next day, and I'm sure feelin the soreness.
Went to look at work boots for my boyfriend and nobody asked us if we needed help. Two ladies stood there talking and looking at us the whole time. They even walked by us a few times. Horribly service. Would put no stars if I could.
