My husband and I asked for some help, help was called but never showed up. We waited for at least 10 minutes said heck with it and went to check out. The cashiers were condescending and straight up rude to us. A lot of the things didn’t even have prices either.
The customer service department is the complete opposite. They are clearly a bunch of young idiots with zero customer service skills attempting to provide customer service. Nice try. Do not recommend.

need to stop selling guns all together! Just because someone asks a question about felons they will not let someone else that you gave a ride to buy a gun!! will never go to any of your stores and I have been in Alaska since 1982. I will be telling everyone I know to not go to sportsmans warehouse!!!
"Christian McGee. an employee of yours, likes to badmouth our first responders. he also likes to glamorize his criminal record. And you employ people like this. He's pretty public about it on Facebook. Because of that Cabela's is my preferred option now

I shopped at the Anchorage Store yesterday and noticed several of the employees not wearing masks. Most customers were, but there were some who had their masks down below their chins, making them worthless. I guess that's their way of 'protesting'. Additionally, customers were required to wait in a rather long line due to there being a single cashier. One customer left. Then an additional cashier was called to help. This store is doing nothing to enforce the required mask regulation effect right now. I saw a dozen people at least without masks and when I mentioned it to a worker (who himself had half his face and mouth not covered he told me it's not their place to enforce it. Lost my buisness for now Sportsman's.
RecommendedI want to let you know how disappointed I am. I have had problems with employees before , a man who clearly had a problem with women and guns . Now for three yrs trying to get a non resident fishing license . You’s need to train your people . I went to anglers cove got license in 5 minutes . I will never shop here again.
Bought a 12ga that said pick up in store today. It was not in store and is still not there 22 days later. I called customer service 5x and never recieved a call back. Only generic email responses To my questions online. On top of all this they charged my credit card the regular price, not the sale price. Website is useless for trying to get help or cancel. Will probably never buy online from them again!
Stop telling me to shop on line when you dont have what I want in stock. I know you cant stock everything but I want to touch and see what I am spending my hard earn money on. No more transfers is another reason. Use to be the #1 store in Anchorage but has failed but I do hope you get things turned around.
