We purchased a Furman generator 9 days ago. It stopped working 3 days ago on Christmas Eve. Oil had leaked out due to a faulty gasket or a cracked head. We returned to the Yuma store and were told by the young man in Customer Service that there are no returns on opened merchandise. How were we to determine that the generator didn't work if we hadn't opened the box. A very stupid policy. I come in to Sportsmans quite often whether it's for hunting, fishing, firearms, or reloading. Every time I come in they always have great service and assist me with anything I need. I absolutely love this store and always recommend them to my friends over a lot of other places.
I find their services, customer service excellent. I have purchased pistols, ammo and stuff. I had a problem with my P22 and they stepped up and got the issue fixed. Glad I purchased it at this store!!
Lots to choose from, close to home!! They always have what we are looking for. Fun place to take the family and look around
Prices are reasonable. Supplies are in great plenty! The representatives at the gun counter are very knowledgeable.
I wanted to get permission slip to hunt on montana state university land and the lady at the customer service the older blond one was very rude and wouldn't even look at my phone when I showed her that it said every sports store have one just very disappointed.
