I'm only rating this place a 3 because I don't rent a space here, I was there to help my sister move some things out to take to her house. It seems like a fine place. The space my sister rented was definitely impressive due to how massive it was. I don't know if the price per month correlates to the size or not but I do know it wasn't a trashy or run down place, I know that there is enough parking between the units and that the floor inside the unit is concrete and in decent condition. Hope this helps.
