The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was big and the room had everything I needed, plus lots of towels and extra blankets. I'm glad I stayed here, the location was great. I appreciated the binder with the WiFi info and info about the easy check out process. I would definitely stay here again!
This place was a disaster! From the moment we arrived until we checked out a day early it did not fail to disappoint! One of our beds had simply been remade from the previous person sleeping in it, evidenced by dozens of hairs between the sheets, and a dirty pillow case. When we sat down in the one chair in the room, we discovered the one of the legs was broken. Striving to persevere, we closed the blinds only to discover that they too were broken and people could look in. Using the washroom was another adventure in disgust!... read more
Our room had a putrid/moldy smell that was not adequately addressed by a room dehumidifier. Check-in was at Gus’s Pub by wait staff who knew very little about the hotel. The furniture was delaminating. Food service at the Pub was slow and unfriendly. Would never stay there again.
Location was great. Staff were accommodating to our late arrival. But the room smelled atrocious. Floor was damp by a dehumidifier and smelled strongly of (cat?) urine.
Allotjament en un poble pintoresc com és Port McNeill. La ubicació és bona, en front del port i relativament a prop de diversos serveis com ara restaurant, cafeteria, supermercat. El bar/restaurant dels propietaris de l'hotel, proper als allotjaments, només s´hi accepten majors d'edat. Ho comento per que d'un grup de 8 persones que érem (7 adults i un menor amb 16 anys) no hi vàrem poder fer cap àpat per aquest motiu.
