customer Overpriced ammo, guns, and transfer fees, compared to other places around town. I wouldn't say the customer service is poor, nor that anyone was flat-out rude. But the employees there don't seem to want to help much. Attitudes can be a bit curt. Definitely no one there that I've seen go the "extra mile" to help. Transfer fees for out of state shipments of guns and accessories are ridiculously high. There are at least two other places I know where you can get stuff ransferred in for $15-25 (with a CHL), versus $70-$1... read more
Fly fishing and hunting shop This is a great locally owned shop stocked with fishing and hunting gear. The guys that work there are experts in the field and very helpful. The fire arms section contains everything from basic self defense and hunting weapons to high end collectibles. The fishing sections has everything from saltwater to freshwater rigs. If you are in to hunting or fishing, I highly recommend spending some time here!
sales people do not know their 1911 handguns, also real slow to wait on you. the prices are real high. shop elsewhere.
Their transfer in fee is $49, and their transfer out fee is $100 which includes packaging, shipping and handling.

Walking into Sportsman's Finest after the other stores was like going from the worst experience to the best. The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. August, the manager helped me and was great. He spent over an hour with me patiently answering my questions and finding the right gun for me (an H&K 9 mm). As a woman I had a very negative experience at Red's but a great experience at Sportsman's Finest- for a competitive price. I highly recommend going here first.

Great store – Great Hunting & Fly Fishing store with great products. Customer service was excellent. I was able to order what i needed eventhough they normally did not stock the item.
