You buy something to see if it fits your needs but turns out it doesn’t, so you go back to return it after an employee said you can just keep the tag, but the manager says you can’t return it since it’s used. How else could you test the product to see it meets your requirements? Do you go to a dealership and buy a car without test driving it first?
