Very disappointed. The after sale service has been awful. I have tried many times to contact the owner to organise a service and also get a few thing fixed up that weren’t finished when we got it and everytime I call they have some reason they can’t do it. We now have a van that’s not finished being painted, stickers all falling off and draws that have handles that don’t work.
I recently purchased my Xplore 18.6 van and cannot recommend Sportsmad RV enough. Professional, punctual and knowledgeable, we love our set up and have enjoyed the couple of beach front holidays that we have had so far. David and Vicki, thank you for providing exceptional service and going above and beyond.
Such a great experience buying from Dave and his family, and the aftercare support since buying is incredible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
